Like any chocolate, you can melt our cocoa tablet in a water bath or in the microwave. You can also use it in recipes that need baking, such as cookies, brownies or homemade cakes.

Although we love the high percentage of dark chocolate in cocoa, it always contains sugar or sweeteners that sometimes we Don’t want to add to our diet. Cocoa Liquor is a tablet in which the only ingredient is pure cocoa.

Like any chocolate, you can melt our tablet in a water bath or in the microwave, bake it in recipes that need an oven or make any recipe in which you would use conventional chocolate.

Its flavour is intense and very pleasant if you are used to dark chocolate. If you are more of milk chocolate, we recommend our Protein Chocolate tablets without sugars or polyalcohol sweeteners and high in protein.
