Project: Family respite: leisure for autistic people and well-being for caregivers.

Description: With activities such as camps and weekend outings, the foundation promotes the autonomy and emotional well-being of autistic people. At the same time, it offers an essential respite for family members, who can enjoy time for themselves and improve their work-life balance.

Impact: 270 direct places and more than 500 family members benefited, as well as raising awareness of autism among numerous professionals. This service not only improves the quality of life of autistic people, but also supports their families in their daily lives.

Project: Purchase of a printing machine for the carpentry workshop.

Description: The purchase of a state-of-the-art laser machine will enable the foundation's carpentry shop to respond to the growing demand for orders. This equipment is key to improving productivity, ensuring competitiveness and providing quality employment.

Impact: More than 50 people with intellectual disabilities benefit directly, with the possibility of expanding the workforce. This project not only ensures a more sustainable future for the workshop, but also strengthens employment inclusion in a specialised sector.

Fundació Sant Tomàs - Catalunya

Project: Job training centre for people with intellectual disabilities.

Description: Refurbishment of the former Plana de Vic cooperative, currently in disuse, to create a training space with 4 adapted classrooms. This centre will be key for people with intellectual disabilities to acquire the necessary skills to integrate into the labour market.

Impact: Every year, 120 people will receive adapted vocational training, opening up new job opportunities and promoting their independence. This project will transform an abandoned space into an engine for social inclusion.

Fundación Asindown – Comunidad Valenciana

Project: Training and employment for people with Down's syndrome and intellectual disabilities.

Description: The foundation develops personalised training itineraries that enhance individual abilities and prepare its beneficiaries to access adapted jobs, including preparation for public examinations. This comprehensive approach ensures that each person can reach their full potential.

Impact: From the age of 16, participants find in training a way to integrate into the labour market and society. This project is an example of how to open doors to autonomy and real and sustainable inclusion.
